Just to say thank you very much for arranging our recent two day meeting, everything lived up to our expectations, so much so many of the Reps want me to book it again for next year!
I gave you a difficult specification to meet in a very short space of time but you came up with several excellent options and we couldn't have been served better. The venue was excellent especially at the rates you negotiated! I very much appreciated the way you kept in touch and monitored progress throughout even to making a phone call after the event just to see that we were happy with everything. Upon your recommendation we have chosen another hotel for a meeting later on in the year which we are looking forward to in the knowledge that it will be hassle free.

The other day I had a phone call from one of my reps at 12.50pm wanting a hotel in Oxford for that same night (knowing full well that I am only part time and leave the office at 1.00pm) so this left me with 10 mins to find a hotel and confirm it back to them, yeah right!!!!!
I asked Vicky to sort it for me and she did!!!!!! having to contact said rep directly etc, during the afternoon. I knew she would sort it and I went home and didn't have any worries that my rep would be stranded on the streets of Oxford in a cardboard box!
Also it's so nice to speak to somebody that is reliable and efficient, and she just makes my job so much easier, I often think of her as my little assistant!!"

AJM have a friendly, helpful team who are all able to take your 'Please can you' request to whatever you have requested be available into a positive 'No problem' - I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Not to use AJM Venue Finders as your extra pair of hands is detrimental to the company you work for.
